Behind the Scenes, Tallow and Shea Body Butter!

This restock wasn’t just about filling jars… it was about making the same healing balm that’s been soothing my daughter’s eczema (and mine) for years.

I started with grass-fed rendered beef tallow and African shea butter, gently melted them low and slow so we don’t lose any of those skin-loving nutrients. Then came my garden-infused cold-pressed olive oil — packed with calendula, lavender, and chamomile I grew right here at home. The house smelled like a little herbal spa!

Once everything cooled to that perfect soft-butter stage, I added the essential oils and whipped it for over 10 minutes until it doubled in volume and turned into the lightest, fluffiest balm. Watching it transform is still my favorite part.

We scooped every last bit into amber glass jars — all ready for your skin. This is the same recipe that finally gave us real relief without the burning or clawing at our skin. No harsh stuff. Just real ingredients, made with love, straight from our garden and our hearts.

If you’ve been waiting for the whipped tallow balm to come back… it’s here!
